How to take calcium chloride + lactic acid + magnesium chloride + sodium chloride + sodium hydrogen carbonate
This product is not swallowed or self-administered. Trained staff mix its two compartments, inspect the bag and solution, then connect it to appropriate continuous renal replacement equipment using aseptic technique.
The compartments must be completely mixed before administration.
Do not use a damaged or leaking bag, or a solution with particles or discolouration.
It is for single use; unused solution is discarded.
If warming is required for comfort, staff use dry heat only—not water or a microwave.
