Email-delivery checklist
Allow a few minutes, check spam/junk and filtered inbox tabs, search for “iatroX”, then request one fresh link. University and workplace mail systems may quarantine automated messages; ask the mail administrator to allow iatrox.com if needed.
Keep the original account
Creating a second account can separate progress or a paid entitlement. Recover the original account first, or contact us before registering again.

Email hello@iatrox.com from the address on the account where possible. Include the page, approximate time and exact error message—but never your password or reset link.
