Used for:
Fungal nail infection caused by dermatophytes, yeasts or moulds.
How does amorolfine hydrochloride work?
Amorolfine enters the nail plate and interferes with fungal sterol production. This disrupts the fungal cell membrane and allows active substance to reach fungi within and beneath the nail.
How to take amorolfine hydrochloride
For use on affected nails only. Follow the applicator and cleaning instructions supplied with the product.
File affected nail areas and clean and degrease the nail before application.
Apply the lacquer across the entire affected nail surface and let it dry.
Do not use files from infected nails on healthy nails.
Before reapplication, remove remaining medicated and cosmetic lacquer, then clean the nail and file again if required.
Avoid the surrounding skin, eyes, ears and mucous membranes.
Do not use artificial nails. Remove cosmetic varnish before reapplication.
Wear impermeable gloves when handling organic solvents, as they can remove the lacquer.
Keep away from flames, lit cigarettes and heat-producing devices because the product contains ethanol.
