Amorolfine hydrochloride 5% medicated nail lacquer has been associated with rare nail disorders (discolouration, broken or brittle nails), very rare skin burning, and post-marketing reports of redness, itching, contact dermatitis, hives and blisters of unknown frequency; nail changes may also reflect onychomycosis.
