How does dibrompropamidine isetionate work?
It damages bacterial cell-envelope structures and disrupts permeability. It is active against pathogenic streptococci and staphylococci, including penicillin-resistant strains, with some activity against Gram-negative bacilli and certain fungi.

How to take dibrompropamidine isetionate
This cream is for use on the skin. Wash your hands before application, apply it to the affected skin as directed and wash your hands afterwards. It may be applied directly or on a light dressing.

Stop using it and speak to a doctor or pharmacist if irritation develops, symptoms worsen or the condition does not improve.
