What respiratory adverse reactions can occur when starting Orkambi?

Starting Orkambi can cause chest discomfort, dyspnoea, bronchospasm, abnormal respiration and a transient FEV1 decline; serious respiratory events occur more frequently in patients with ppFEV1 below 40%, may lead to discontinuation, and warrant additional monitoring during initiation.
