Aspirin reduces prostaglandin and thromboxane formation, helping reduce pain, inflammation and fever while also affecting platelets. Paracetamol acts mainly in the central nervous system to reduce pain and fever. Caffeine is a stimulant and analgesic adjunct that may support headache relief and the painkillers’ effects.
