The ILD question
The single most important differentiator for SCE Respiratory preparation is ILD depth. ILD accounts for 10 to 12 per cent of the exam, yet it is the domain where candidates consistently score lowest. If your question bank does not have substantial ILD coverage — classification, HRCT pattern recognition described in text, MDT discussion principles, antifibrotic criteria — you are underprepared for a significant portion of the exam.
