Which conditions is midostaurin (Rydapt) licensed to treat in adults?

Rydapt (midostaurin) treats adults with newly diagnosed FLT3 mutation-positive acute myeloid leukaemia with standard daunorubicin/cytarabine induction and high-dose cytarabine consolidation, then alone as maintenance if in complete response, or alone for aggressive systemic mastocytosis, systemic mastocytosis with associated haematological neoplasm, or mast cell leukaemia.
