Which children with ulcerative colitis are eligible for treatment with Simponi (golimumab)?

Simponi (golimumab) is indicated for children aged ≥2 years weighing ≥15 kg with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis who respond inadequately to conventional therapy, including corticosteroids and 6-mercaptopurine or azathioprine, or are intolerant to or have medical contraindications to such therapies.
