Which adults with melanoma can be treated with Mekinist (trametinib dimethyl sulfoxide)?

Mekinist treats adults with BRAF V600-mutant unresectable or metastatic melanoma, alone or with dabrafenib, or provides adjuvant treatment with dabrafenib after complete resection of stage III melanoma with this mutation; monotherapy has not demonstrated clinical activity after progression on a prior BRAF inhibitor.
