Yes, interstitial lung disease or pneumonitis occurred with trametinib dimethyl sulfoxide alone in 2.4% (5/211) of patients in a Phase III trial, all requiring hospitalisation, and with dabrafenib in fewer than 1% and 1% of patients in two studies.
