What were the most common adverse reactions to lecanemab in patients with one or no ApoE ε4 copies?

In Study 301 patients with mild cognitive impairment due to Alzheimer's disease or mild Alzheimer's dementia and one or no ApoE ε4 copies, the most common reactions to lecanemab 10 mg/kg every 2 weeks were infusion-related reactions (26%), ARIA-H (13%), falls (11%), headache (11%) and ARIA-E (9%).
