How is Leqembi (lecanemab) concentrate for solution for infusion administered?

Leqembi (lecanemab) is diluted and infused intravenously over approximately 1 hour through a terminal 0.2-micron filter, flushing the line afterwards, never by IV push or bolus; dosing is 10 mg/kg every 2 weeks for 18 months, then continued every 2 weeks or considered for maintenance every 4 weeks.
