What serious respiratory reactions have been reported when vinblastine sulfate is combined with mitomycin?

Vinblastine sulfate combined with mitomycin has been associated with potentially fatal acute respiratory distress or failure, pulmonary infiltrates or oedema, acute breathlessness, severe bronchospasm and progressive breathlessness requiring chronic therapy, with reactions potentially serious in patients with pre-existing pulmonary dysfunction.
