Common effects reported with abacavir include anorexia, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, rash without systemic symptoms, fever, lethargy and fatigue; causation is often unclear, and nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, fever, lethargy or rash require evaluation for hypersensitivity.
