The most frequently reported adverse drug reactions with avalglucosidase alfa (Nexviadyme), occurring in more than 5% of patients, were itching (13.4%), nausea (12%), headache (10.6%), rash (10.6%), hives (8.5%), chills (7.7%), fatigue (7.7%) and skin redness (5.6%).
