Refer a patient with Post-Concussion Syndrome to a specialist if they have persistent or delayed symptoms after a head injury, or if they have ongoing problems that require assessment and management by a clinician trained in traumatic brain injury, such as a neurologist, neuropsychologist, clinical psychologist, neurosurgeon, or a multidisciplinary neurorehabilitation team .
