This is Löfgren syndrome, an acute sarcoidosis phenotype with a high likelihood of spontaneous resolution. Symptomatic treatment and follow-up are appropriate when organ-threatening disease is absent. Empirical TB treatment, chemotherapy and transplantation are disproportionate without features supporting those diagnoses.
