Correct answer: CFolate receptor alpha (FRα) expression

Mirvetuximab soravtansine is an antibody-drug conjugate targeting folate receptor alpha (FRα), which is highly expressed in approximately 80% of high-grade serous ovarian cancers. The MIRASOL trial demonstrated OS benefit over chemotherapy in FRα-high, platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. FRα expression is assessed by IHC (PS2+ staining in ≥75% of viable tumour cells defines FRα-high). This represents the first biomarker-directed ADC therapy in ovarian cancer.
