Correct answer: EDiscontinue cabozantinib and investigate nephrotic syndrome through the renal service

Nephrotic-range proteinuria with hypoalbuminaemia and oedema is nephrotic syndrome. The current cabozantinib SmPC requires urine-protein monitoring and discontinuation if nephrotic syndrome develops. Antihypertensive treatment does not substitute for stopping the causative TKI.
