Moderate to severe storage symptoms, such as urinary urgency and increased frequency, together with voiding symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia in men whose symptoms have not responded adequately to monotherapy.
How does solifenacin + tamsulosin work?
Solifenacin blocks muscarinic receptors involved in unwanted bladder contractions, helping the bladder store urine. Tamsulosin blocks alpha-1 receptors and relaxes smooth muscle in the prostate, bladder neck and urethra, allowing urine to pass more easily.

How to take solifenacin + tamsulosin
