Adult PBC, including associated itching, when response to ursodeoxycholic acid is inadequate.
Adult PBC without ursodeoxycholic acid when ursodeoxycholic acid cannot be tolerated.
How does Seladelpar lysine dihydrate work?
Seladelpar activates PPAR-delta receptors and alters liver gene activity. This reduces bile-acid production and liver exposure to bile acids and influences inflammatory and fibrotic pathways. Reductions in bile acids and interleukin-31 may help improve PBC-related itching.
