How does dexpanthenol + xylometazoline hydrochloride work?
Xylometazoline narrows blood vessels in the nasal lining, reducing swelling. Dexpanthenol is converted to pantothenic acid and supports protective and repair processes in the nasal mucosa.

How to take dexpanthenol + xylometazoline hydrochloride
Use only inside the nose and follow the current pack leaflet. Prime the pump away from the face until a fine spray appears. Keep the bottle upright, place the tip into a nostril and breathe in gently while spraying. Wipe the tip with a clean tissue and replace the cap. Do not share the bottle or allow spray into the eyes.
Clear the nose gently before administration if necessary.
Re-prime the pump away from the face if it has not been used for a long period.
Repeated or prolonged use can worsen congestion and reduce the spray’s effect.
