In 39 healthy adults, eltrombopag 75 mg daily for 5 days with a single 10 mg rosuvastatin dose increased rosuvastatin Cmax by 103% and AUC0–∞ by 55%, so a reduced rosuvastatin dose should be considered and statin adverse reactions carefully monitored.
