Can eltrombopag affect the ability to drive or use machines?

Eltrombopag has negligible influence on driving and using machines, but the patient's clinical status and adverse reactions, including dizziness and lack of alertness, should be considered when assessing ability to perform tasks requiring judgement, motor and cognitive skills.
