EMEND (aprepitant) can increase midazolam blood levels: with EMEND 125 mg on day 1 and 80 mg daily on days 2–5, exposure (AUC) to a single oral 2 mg midazolam dose increased 2.3-fold on day 1 and 3.3-fold on day 5.
