Why is ivacaftor not recommended in people with cystic fibrosis who have undergone organ transplantation?

Ivacaftor is not recommended after organ transplantation in people with cystic fibrosis because it has not been studied in this population, either alone or in combination regimens with tezacaftor/ivacaftor or ivacaftor/tezacaftor/elexacaftor.
