Which sugar alcohols in other medicines should generally be avoided during long-term coadministration with Kivexa?

Where possible, avoid long-term coadministration of Kivexa with medicines containing sorbitol or other osmotically acting polyalcohols or monosaccharide alcohols, such as xylitol, mannitol, lactitol and maltitol; if unavoidable, consider more frequent HIV-1 viral load monitoring.
