Leqvio (inclisiran sodium) treats adult primary hypercholesterolaemia (heterozygous familial and non-familial) or mixed dyslipidaemia alongside diet, with a statin, with or without other lipid-lowering therapies, when the maximum tolerated statin dose fails LDL-C goals, or alone or with other lipid-lowering therapies if statins are contraindicated or not tolerated.
