Which infections is rifampicin (Rifadin for Infusion) indicated to treat?

Rifampicin (Rifadin for Infusion) treats all forms of tuberculosis with other active anti-tuberculosis drugs, multibacillary and paucibacillary leprosy with at least one other active anti-leprosy drug, and brucellosis, Legionnaires’ disease and serious staphylococcal infections with another appropriate antibiotic to prevent resistance.
