Invanz (ertapenem) treats intra-abdominal infections, community-acquired pneumonia, acute gynaecological infections and diabetic foot skin and soft-tissue infections in adults and children aged 3 months–17 years when parenteral therapy is required and bacteria are known or very likely to be susceptible to ertapenem.
