Which cancers is Cosmegen (dactinomycin) indicated to treat?

Cosmegen (dactinomycin) treats Wilms’ tumour, childhood rhabdomyosarcoma, Ewing’s sarcoma and metastatic nonseminomatous testicular cancer within combination chemotherapy and/or multimodal regimens; gestational trophoblastic neoplasia alone or with combination chemotherapy; and locally recurrent or locoregionally metastatic melanoma by regional perfusion with melphalan.
