In Physioneal 35 Glucose 1.36% Clear-Flex solution, aminoglycosides (e.g. netilmycin, gentamycin, tobramycin) must not be mixed with penicillins because of chemical incompatibility; the product must not be mixed with other medicines except those mentioned in section 6.3.
