Which adults with breast cancer is Talzenna indicated to treat?

Talzenna monotherapy treats adults with germline BRCA1/2-mutated, HER2-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer, previously treated with anthracycline and/or taxane in the (neo)adjuvant, locally advanced or metastatic setting unless unsuitable; those with hormone receptor-positive disease must also have received endocrine-based therapy or be unsuitable for it.
