How does itraconazole affect exposure to Talzenna?

In patients with advanced solid tumours, repeated itraconazole doses of 100 mg twice daily with a single 0.5 mg dose of Talzenna (talazoparib) increased talazoparib total exposure (AUCinf) by approximately 56% and peak concentration (Cmax) by approximately 40%, compared with talazoparib alone.
