When should meningococcal vaccination be given before starting crovalimab?

A tetravalent meningococcal vaccine must be given at least 2 weeks before the first crovalimab dose; if immediate treatment is indicated in an unvaccinated patient, vaccinate as soon as possible and give prophylactic antibiotics from starting crovalimab until 2 weeks after vaccination.
