In adults and children, Haelan (fludroxycortide) cream treats eczema and dermatitis of all types, including atopic eczema, photodermatitis, primary irritant and allergic dermatitis, plus lichen planus, lichen simplex, prurigo nodularis, discoid lupus erythematosus, necrobiosis lipoidica, pretibial myxoedema and erythroderma.
