Severe skin reactions reported with clindamycin therapy include drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS), Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS), toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) and acute generalised exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP).
