What monitoring is required when streptozocin is used with vitamin K antagonists?

When Zanosar (streptozocin) is used with vitamin K antagonists, more frequent INR (International Normalised Ratio) monitoring is required because of variable coagulation status, increased thrombotic and haemorrhagic risks during tumour diseases, and potential interactions between oral anticoagulants and anticancer chemotherapy.
