Xeplion (paliperidone palmitate) is indicated for maintenance treatment of schizophrenia in adults stabilised with paliperidone or risperidone; selected adults previously responsive to oral paliperidone or risperidone may receive it without prior oral stabilisation if psychotic symptoms are mild to moderate and long-acting injectable treatment is needed.
