What is known about using eptinezumab while breastfeeding?

For eptinezumab, data on human milk presence, infant effects and milk production are absent; infant risk cannot be excluded in the first few days after birth because IgG enters milk, then falls to low levels, and subsequent breastfeeding use should be considered only if clinically needed.
