Mycophenolate mofetil had no effect on male rat fertility at oral doses up to 20 mg/kg/day, corresponding to systemic exposures 2–3 times those at the recommended human renal-transplant dose (2 g/day) and 1.3–2 times those at the cardiac-transplant dose (3 g/day).
