What effect did cimetidine have on methylnaltrexone bromide exposure in healthy subjects?

In 18 healthy subjects, multiple 400 mg doses of cimetidine reduced methylnaltrexone bromide renal clearance from 31 to 18 L/h and total clearance from 107 to 95 L/h, but produced no meaningful change in exposure measured by AUC or Cmax.
