What blood disorder is an increased risk when nevirapine is taken with zidovudine?

Taking nevirapine with zidovudine increases the risk of granulocytopenia, especially in children, patients receiving higher zidovudine doses and those with poor bone marrow reserve, particularly with advanced HIV disease.
