Correct answer: EOsteomalacia

Vitamin D deficiency with hypocalcaemia, hypophosphataemia, raised ALP and Looser zones indicates osteomalacia. Osteoporosis causes fragility fractures with normal mineralisation and does not cause Looser zones. Treating malabsorption and replacing vitamin D and calcium are central.
