Inclisiran is given initially, again at 3 months and then every 6 months. When a planned dose is missed by less than 3 months, it is administered as soon as possible and the original dosing schedule is continued. A delay of more than 3 months triggers a new schedule starting from the late dose. The dose is not doubled and a missed second dose is not deliberately omitted.
