Correct answer: CDissolve eight in 1 litre, take within six hours and limit intake to two sachets in any one hour

For faecal impaction, eight sachets may be dissolved in 1 litre of water and consumed within six hours, for up to three days. In impaired cardiovascular function, the dose is divided so that no more than two sachets are taken in any one hour. Cardiac disease changes the rate of administration, not automatically the total daily regimen.
