Correct answer: CRenal function and electrolytes monitoring

NSAIDs can reduce renal perfusion, and the combination with an ACE inhibitor and diuretic increases acute kidney injury risk. Renal function and electrolytes should be monitored and the need for NSAID therapy reviewed. Hydration and sick-day advice may be relevant. INR and lithium monitoring are not routine unless those medicines are used.
