Correct answer: BCarry fast-acting carbohydrate and diabetes identification

People at risk of hypoglycaemia should carry fast-acting carbohydrate and diabetes identification. Shakiness may be a hypo symptom and should be treated promptly with rapid carbohydrate, followed by longer-acting carbohydrate if needed. Extra insulin would worsen hypoglycaemia. Chocolate is slower because of fat content and is not ideal first-line treatment.
